Sample Itineraries:
Bull River Eco-Adventure Cruise
- (3 hours)
This signature cruise travels Bull River through the salt marshes down to the
barrier islands. Along this narrated cruise, we'll enjoy and learn about
marshland and tidal river ecology. Viewing the barrier islands and learning
the history of these pristine wonders is always a treat. We'll watch dolphins
at play and egrets stalking along the oyster beds. This educational trip is
fun for all ages and qualifies Girl Scouts to earn the Coastal Georgia Patch.
Sunset Cruise
- (1.5 hours) Enjoy the sun setting, while enjoying a
river cruise. The dolphins often join us to marvel in the beauty of Savannah's
Low Country at dusk.
Dolphin Cruise
- (1.5 hours) This shorter cruise is mostly about the local
dolphins but is also filled with the scenery and wildlife found in the low
country marshes. More than your "average" dolphin tour. We will talk about
and see marshes, crabs, pelicans and of course dolphins.
Savannah River Tour
- (1.5-3 hours) This cruise explores the today and yesteryear
history of the Savannah River and Harbor area, from Fort Jackson to the Savannah
Refuge. Learn about the rice plantations that surrounded the city. See the ships
that ply the waters of the world. The rich and famous have their yachts built
and repaired at the famous Palmer Johnson. Savannah Refuge is just outside the city
limits, world renown for the bird life found there. Visit these sights on this
cruise.
Savannah River-ICW-Thunderbolt-Skidaway River Tour
- (3-4 hours) This tour is steeped in history. From Ft.
Jackson to Bonaventure Cemetery, we will enjoy the history and nature of the
area. Thunderbolt is a historical fishing village that sees more yachts then
fishing boats today, being home of Palmer Johnson, builder of megayachts.
Skidaway River brings us past beautiful homes in the Modena and Isle of Hope
area. This tour ends at Skidaway State Park where a bus awaits to take you
back downtown.
Daufuskie Island Adventure
- (3-8 hours) Visit Daufuskie Island, this famous island
is accessible only by boat. Pat Conroy wrote "The River is Wide" based on his
time spent as a schoolteacher on this island. We can arrange for tours of the
island as well as lunch or dinner at on of the unique restaurants on this
island.
Ossabaw Island
- (5-8 hours) These trips are set up in conjunction with
the Ossabaw Foundation.
Savannah National Wildlife Refuge Tour

Refuge. This refuge is world renown for birding. Amazingly, with the city of
Savannah right around the corner, the Savannah Refuge is another world with it
abundance of nature and beauty.
Savannah River / Ebenezer Creek Tour

Creek. We usually combine this trip with a land side tour of New Ebenezer, one
of the most historic towns in the area.
Barrier Island Excursion
- (3-8 hours) Explore the barrier islands of Little Tybee or
Wassaw on this trip. These pristine islands are wonders of nature that can
